Baking Association of Australia
The Baking Association of Australia is an industry representative body supporting and educating Australia’s commerical baking industry in any way possible. The association also works with allied organisations including agricultural groups and suppliers that are key associates of the baking industry.
As the National Body, the BAA hosts many events for the industry during the year including State and Territory baking shows, apprentice competitions and the industry’s only recognized national pie and pastie competition.
The BAA also offers many services through our state associations which can include accounting and BAS reporting, payroll set up, stock take services providing profit and loss analysis, financial advice and insurance.
